1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as received.
You must have a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Please note: Seeds once opened or sown are not eligible for return or refund due to their perishable nature.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used seed packets.
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Custom or special order items.
Promotional or discounted items unless defective or damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the following:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If paid by cash or bank transfer, the refund will be issued to your provided bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
